I'm a Print & Front End Web Designer, working in an in-house marketing department at a local Real Estate company. I really enjoy what I do and who I do it with. My responsibilities at Tarbell are plenty but loving what I do makes my job a whole lot easier. You can read more about me here.
I also do freelance work from time to time so you will see a nice variety of portfolio pieces on this site. I'd have to admit, I've really enjoyed working in the creative field.
Please browse around and contact me should you have any questions, comments or would like to work on a project.
November 2013 Tarbell Sellers Guide This was long overdue. Updated Tarbell's Home Buyer Guide. It is now "up to date" and in the "contemporary" conversation.
November 2013 Landwood Title Guide Designed a nice looking guide, keeping the look and feel consistent with the rest of their marketing materials.
June 2013 SweetKiwi Website Recently completed website for a Frozen Yogurt and Boba shop in the East Coast. Used a soft color palette on this one since it goes well with the shops theme. Check them out at www.sweetkiwi.com.
April 2013 Sharepoint Unity Website Still in it's pre-production mode but just want to showcase the layout. The overall look stemmed from the logo itself. Designed the logo first, then built the site around it to match. So far so good.
April 2013 Landwood Title Website Major update on Landwood.com. Website is now not only more pleasant on the eye but more user friendly with an abundant of tools for users. Utilized html, css, css3, and media queries. I'm very satisfied with the results.
March 2013 Sweet Kiwi TV Display Sweet Kiwi, a frozen yogurt and boba tea shop in Westford, Massachusetts asked me to update their existing TV menu. I was glad to help and produced a pleasing display. Photoshop and illustrator are my tools for this project.
March 2013 Landwood Title's Farm Package Cover Front and back cover design for Landwood Title's farm package. From what I understand, the farm booklet has a list of addresses and other information specifically tailored to real estate professionals. I went with a clean contemporary look. Utilized CorelDraw on this project.
March 2013 McFarlin Flyer The classic "Make this look better" project. The McFarlin law group asked me to turn their mundane word doc to a work of art. So I took what was a very plain document and turned it into something with more personality. Used Indesign exclusively for this project.
March 2013 Sharepoint Logo Logo design for local technology company. This is actually part of a larger project which includes web design. I went the traditional sketch it out method on this, doing about 20 versions until they found one they like and onto Illustrator afterwards.
February 2013 Tarbell Mobile Since our IDX providers (iHomefinder) redesigned our database driven pages, I felt it was a good time to redo our static pages to match our full website. Actually, it was long overdue but it's complete and I'm happy with the results.
January 2013 Phoenix Logo Logo designed for a local Vietnamese restaurant. They wanted a logo that looked like a phoenix. So I went ahead and sketched out my version of a phoenix, then redrew it in Illustrator. It took a few attempts but we finally decided on this one. Not too shabby for my first phoenix drawing!
December 2013 Email Marketing Campaign Building email marketing campaigns is like designing mini table based web pages. It's amazing how many company's (even large ones) still use images to build their's which is not the most effective way to do it. Anyhow, this project is a part of a recruiting campaign for Tarbell Managers.
